We're on the lookout for a dynamic General Manager with a fervor for service excellence and operational standards, eager to collaborate with a team in nurturing our fast-casual restaurant.
Reporting directly to a District Manager, this role entails overseeing a team of 8-15 employees, with a mandatory 50-hour workweek including weekends.
Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager:
- Maintain our exceptional brand standards encompassing quality food, service, and sanitation.
- Efficiently manage restaurant operations while ensuring fiscal responsibility, making informed decisions to sustain profitability and triumph.
- Prioritize the safety of the team and patrons above all else.
- Execute staffing decisions under the guidance of the District Manager.
- This is a hands-on management role; those accustomed to remote oversight need not apply.
Minimum Qualifications for the Restaurant General Manager:
- A minimum of 2 years' recent experience as a General Manager within fast-casual, family dining, or fast-food environments.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in kitchen/back-of-the-house management or food production.
- Proficiency in interpreting and managing financial statements.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a team toward success.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
