Configuration Control Coordinator

Robert Half is looking for a Configuration Control Coordinator to support a large Aerospace and Electronics company. This is an exciting contract to hire opportunity to support various ongoing projects and new projects!

In this role you will:

• Will cover configuration management responsibilities
• Documentation submittal to customers
• Customer audits, workflow processes to an auditor
• Take part in Product development, customer submittals and CMLogging into customer portals, updating customer data
• Managing documents (PDF forms), AutoCAD drawings, ATPs
• Planning documents to submit to customers, qualification tests and procedure reports
• Make sure Checklists and workflows are set for Configuration Management

MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and configuration management (CM) systems
• PLM and CM systems – Oracle Agile PLM and/or Siemens Teamcenter PLM
• Managing systems
• Creating and managing workflows
• Managing Documents
• Knowledge of MS Office tools

• Strong communication skills to be able to interact with a wide range of internal teams and external customers when needed
• Team player
• Very detail-oriented

NICE TO HAVE

• Document control audit experience
• Automotive, Medical Device, Engineering/Manufacturing, or other highly regulated environment experience
• Degree preferred
