Description

Hardware Printer Support – MASTER LEVEL required (TOTAL NEED 2): First shift, 8 to 4, 9 to 5
General coverage Region – Baltimore MD – 1 tech
General coverage Region - Washington DC – 1 tech
\*\*\*\*\*Should be well versed with HP Printers and have skills/certs to work on others such as Xerox , Toshiba, and possibly Lexmark.
FOR PRINTER SUPPORT RESOURCES ONLY-Toshiba MFP Printer support – coordination with hardware vendor if needed. Hospital to supply printer maintenance kits.
o Need 2 Dedicated techs with printer expertise to help support the Deskside teams with printer resolution at all locations.
o Support of Smart Locker – Restocking equipment as needed
o Assist Asset Management with disposals
o VIP – top of queue, technicians take immediate action
o Smart Hands for other towers/Site Rounding (proactively checking for carts that have been pushed aside because of issues)

o Incidents – Software break/fix
o IMACs – Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc.
o Refresh
o Support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers
o Basic experience with Active Directory
o Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
o Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus
o Experience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED
o Experience with LogMeIn
o Ticketing System is ServiceNow
o Tech walk-up bar at staffed locations
