Maintenance Technician

Pay rate: $25 - 29/hr.
Schedule: All shifts, rotating schedule

Maintenance Technician responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic equipment and systems.
• Assist in start-up and shutdown of equipment as needed.
• Work closely with machine operators and electricians to ensure work is conducted in a safe manner.
• Work closely with management to identify and correct potential electrical and mechanical safety hazards.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service; plan and lay out repair work using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, and schematic diagrams.
• Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.

Qualifications: 2-3 years minimum in a fast-paced industrial environment conduct repairs, preventive/predictive maintenance, testing, and process improvements on all mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic equipment and systems. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
