Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Reston, VA
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Must pass Advanced Excel with 90% or higher)
- Data audit and advanced Excel expertise
Responsibilities:
- Building and applying advanced formulas, such as SUMPRODUCT, INDIRECT, INDEX MATCH, and OFFSET
- Proficient in creating and utilizing PivotTables
- Familiarity with add-ins and ability to install them
- Understanding and utilizing the AutoFilter feature for data analysis
- Ability to record macros and use them for automation
- Editing or modifying simple recorded macros
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience recording macros and using them for later tasks
- Proficiency in modifying simple recorded macros
Note: The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong foundation in data analysis, with a particular emphasis on Excel proficiency. The ability to perform data audits, create complex formulas, utilize PivotTables, and automate tasks through macros are essential for success in this role.
