Pharmacist-in-Charge

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to fill an opening with a top-rated healthcare employer dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes and delivering compassionate, high-quality experiences to patients in New Albany, IN.

Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist-in-Charge:

  • Oversee pharmacy staff and operations, dispense prescriptions, manage inventory levels, and ensure proper storage and security of drugs
  • Provide superior patient care through patient advocacy and education
  • 40 hours/week with the autonomy to create your own schedule
     
Required Qualifications for Pharmacist-in-Charge:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Active/Clear State Pharmacist Licensure
  • 2 years of experience within a retail pharmacy setting
  • Proficient with computers and prescription management systems
Preferred Qualifications for the Pharmacist-in-Charge:
  • Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s)
  • Equivalent combination of education experience in business management
