Essential Functions:

* Collaborate with Operations to assist in the implementation of new automated processes within multiple software systems including but not limited to formulating software requirements and program specifications to fit the need of the company and their users

* Responsible for analyzing company and user needs to develop possible solutions through the use of automation

* Perform maintenance on existing software programs, as required, to ensure that programs are working efficiently

* Work with multiple database systems to find efficient ways to store, organize, manage, and secure data.

* Assist the Team in completing Help Desk support requests on time while documenting resolution steps and actions taken to assist in preventing similar problems from occurring in the future

* Collaborate with the Team to fully understand each software update and clearly communicate the updates to our internal employees and external clients.

* Work with staff, either in person, virtually, via email, or over the telephone, to help set up technology and/or troubleshoot issues

* Update current automation processes as technology updates and evolves

* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience is required

* 2 - 4 years of professional experience implementing and maintaining software systems

* Must have experience integrating new software with existing systems

* Must have experience using SharePoint

* Demonstrated ability to prepare comprehensive project documentation (requirements, system design, interface control documents, security, etc.)

* Strong experience with modern Windows based systems

* Strong knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite, Office365 administration, licensing, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint

* Preferred; Familiarity with IT technologies such as cloud databases and robotic process automation
