This very important position will be to assist the organization in optimizing business decision making in the areas of sales growth, cost management, and to drive and protect value creation. Key responsibilities include sales reporting & performance tracking and Marketing & Sales Expenses, cost forecasting & optimization, and banking stewardship work. Key responsibilities

  • Sales reporting and performance tracking, including daily / monthly / quarterly / fiscal year to date reporting; updating and maintaining sales projections files and Power BI reports; and ad hoc analyses and reports.
  • Sales / Research / Administration cost management and forecast, including analysis, accounting, reporting, and optimization in partnership with department managers across the organization.
  • Marketing Support Expense cost management and forecast, including analysis, accounting, reporting, and optimization in partnership with marketing and sales managers across the organization.
  • Present and monitor forecasting reports
  • Provide valuable foresight and decision support through effective Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Ensure plans are properly executed by working with cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations
  • An ideal candidate should be highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, and adept at managing expectations
  • Understand and be able to explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trend
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business-related degree.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Expert Excel skills; advanced Microsoft application skills; 2+ years Power BI or other reporting writing preferred.
  • Enterprise Resource Platform system experience, financial forecast reporting, and accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required
