Hours: 8am -4pm Monday -Friday

Location: Kennett Square, PA

Pay: $30/hour

Job Description: This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day functions of the Field Service office. Field Service is the large animal ambulatory practice located in Kennett Square, PA. This position will maintain an efficiently run office by arranging tasks, staff and other resources to accomplish a successful workday for all. This position will directly supervise 4 staff members and provide personnel administration for 11 large animal veterinarians in Field Service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise the daily activities of the Field Service office. Coordinate the Field Service clinician’s daily schedules. Answering phone and responding to emails. Develop effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform administrative support functions such as data management, creating reports and drafting correspondence.
• Analyze workflow issues and implement workable solutions. Maintain orderly records in compliance with company regulations. Act as a liaison with other departments.
• Supervise staff within Field Service. Provide guidance, training and complete annual performance reviews. Provide necessary guidance and motivation to staff. Approve and monitor staff vacations and sick leave. Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed. Coordinate work schedule and assignments.
• Maintain and pleasant and secure work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned
