Our CPA firm is currently seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper to join our team!

Full time: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience
• QuickBooks Online and Desktop experience REQUIRED
• Experience in bookkeeping a MUST, qualified applicants will be tested
• Know how to use and maneuver around a computer, working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic clerical and administrative skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with professional and courteous phone etiquette.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile Bank Accounts on monthly and quarterly basis
• Ability to handle many bookkeeping clients
• Strong organizational skills and time management with respect to deadlines.
• Schedule client appointments
• Exercise excellent customer service while interacting with clients both over the phone and in person.
• Complete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.'

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 20 years or older
• At least associate's degree or higher
