Description:
Providing administrative support to the Marketing & PR Team
- Reserving and scheduling conference rooms for meetings, and assisting with set up and take down.
- General office duties as assigned: re-stocking office supplies, food, and beverages.
- Assist in compiling media highlights and newsletters.
- Assist in pulling photos, and print materials from the internal database.
- Mailing merges, sending out and receiving mail to appropriate employees.
- Organize travel/transportation for internal stakeholders as needed.
- Aide in PowerPoint formatting/presentation.
- Pull/generate invoices and reports.
This position is part-time working about 20 hours/week with flex hours from Monday-Friday (about 4 hours/day)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience
- Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Strong with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft programs.
- Open to industry
- Willing to learn
