Job Purpose

This job will focus on resolving Tier 2 payroll inquiries.  I.E., inquiries the HR Contact Center is unable to resolve.  If the inquiry requires Tier 3 support or is assigned to the wrong service team, assign the inquiry to the appropriate team or individual.



Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Required Work Experience: 
•    1 year of payroll, customer service or human resource role.    

Required Education:
•    Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in payroll, human resources or in a customer service role.  

Desired Skills: 
•    Ability to navigate between multiple systems 
•    Analytical skills.  Ability to research and respond to inquiries
•    Customer service skills.  Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.  Providing a clear resolution to an inquiry and displaying empathy for the customer
