Seeking full time nanny in Aldie, VA!

We're a family of four (plus a cat) who love travel, entertaining, hiking, and paddleboarding. Our kids are 6 months and 4 years, though the older child will be in preschool part-time beginning in the Fall. We have been with our current nanny for over three years, but she is moving on and we are looking for a replacement ASAP. Most important is that you show our children affection and kindness. We're really hoping to find someone who is looking to stay with a family for 2-3 years (until our youngest is in pre-school). Hours are typically 9-6, with a one hour break, but we can do 9:30-5:30 if thats needed to find the right person. We occasionally request evenings (in advance). We ask you clean up after yourself and the kids, clear the diaper pale as needed, make meals for the children, and take care of the kids' laundry. As the baby grows, duties will evolve (feeding, helping potty train, etc.). Must be comfortable with cats, have reliable transportation, be up to date on vaccines (and remain up to date, including Covid and Flu), and be willing to travel (all expenses paid) for up to several weeks at a time. We are also looking for someone who is willing and able to pay taxes in the US. We will take care of payroll and provide you with a paystub.
