CNC Lathe Operator/Machinist

Hiring CNC Lathe Operators / Machinists
We are looking for experienced CNC machine operators with 3-5 years of experience, preferably familiar with Haas and Mori Seiki.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up, program and operate the machines
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Use inspection tools and measuring devices
• Perform own parts inspection
• Keep close tolerances
• Experience with mold making, assembly, metric system is a plus

REQUIREMENTS:

• ·3-5 Years of CNC experience, preferably working on Mori Seiki or Haas machinery. No CAD programming needed.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must have experience with inspection tools and measuring devices. Knowledge of the Metric System is a huge plus.
• Must be able to set up program and operate machines.
• Must have an understanding and experience with GD&T (geometric dimensioning & tolerance).

• Our shop is a low-medium production shop, we produce prototypes and smaller quantity orders.
• Mastercam training available.
• End of quarter bonus if production numbers are met.
• Possible year-end bonus, again, based on production numbers.
