Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs and promote participation in classroom activities.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including therapeutic activities and interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' success and participation in educational tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required.
