We are now seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to join our team!

The Plant Operations | Maintenance Assistant supports and assists the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs.  The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position.  Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize is a must.

• Provides interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards.
• Provides some exterior maintenance such a pressure washing and trash pick up.
• Assists in coordination of community events.
• Assists in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas of the community.
