Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be expected to coordinate recruitment efforts and engage with SMBs by preparing for the engagement, focusing on building experiences that center around the needs, motivations, and problems of real people. 

 

Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 3

Location: Hybrid - Seattle, WA

Pay Range: $60/hr


Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

 

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
• 5-7 years of hands-on User Experience Research and/or product development experience or related experience in research.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with research methods and supporting tools to impact both product direction and detailed experience design.
• 5-7 years of demonstrated skills collecting, coding, and analyzing human behavioral data to improve decision making and UX in a technology industry setting.
