UI Engineer 4 - Full-time / Part-time

Job Title: UI Engineer 4
Location: Hybrid, Redmond, WA
Duration: 18 Months contract
Pay range: $60/hr. - $65/hr.


Summary:
The primary responsibility of the UI Engineer 4 is to develop and design interfaces, front pages, and navigation tools for systems. The role requires expertise in Fluent Design system and proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript. Experience with Fluent Design language and web-based technologies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and design user interfaces, front-end pages, and navigation tools.
• Implement Fluent Design system and adhere to web development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of UI components.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in UI/UX design and development.

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience with HTML.
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience with JavaScript.
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience with TypeScript.
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Fluent Design system.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in UI engineering or front-end development.
• Demonstrated experience in building user interfaces for complex systems.
