Job Title: Field Support Engineer
Location: Hybrid in Rancho Cordova, CA
Pay Range: $29.00 per hour on up
What’s the Job?
- Ideal candidate will provide installation and post-installation support which includes first/second/third level software support, as well as hardware support.
- This will be performed onsite, in the field as well as remotely.
- Must be a self-started that is able to take control and make necessary decisions to resolve routine situations with minimal impact.
- Must have general knowledge of industry principles, operating systems, remote software, troubleshooting software, and hardware, LAN/WAN, Customer service/oral communication.
- Provide product knowledge, support to internal teams, ability to work independently or in team environment, attention to detail, network monitoring software and diagnostics, excellent problem-solving skills, Microsoft OS, SQL, etc.
- Must be okay to work on call on a rotating basis.
