The Job/What You'll Do:

In this role, theFirst-Year Success Coordinator will help to support and build a winning program that gets moreAdvisors to engaged status and ensures strong training, coaching andadoption disciplines, while helping to ensure we achieve our stated successmeasures.

The First-Year Success Coordinator will report to the Director, First-Year Success and workacross functional lines to ensureAssetMarkdelivers an extraordinary first-year journey so impactful that it becomes a strong selling feature, inspiresloyalty, recommendations, and accelerates the deep connections thatAssetMarkalready creates with engaged Advisors after the first year.

We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to one of our following offices: Phoenix, AZ, Concord, CA, Encino, CA or Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Director in administration of First-Year Success Program, Plans, and First-Year Success teamcommunication
  • Assist with scheduling important Internal prep and First-Year Success advisor meetings
  • Attend First-Year Success strategy oversight meetings and capture notes, take-aways andaction items
  • Maintain and update Advisors' First-Year Success Plans
  • Help to ensure achievement of Program Success metrics that include: 1) Average First-Year NPA (and Restart) Production, 2) # and % of Advisors that reach $5M/Engaged Statuswithin 12 months of engagement, 3) Adoption/First Year Success Plan Usage, 4) AssetCommitment Realization %, 4) Program Participant NPS, 5) Stakeholder satisfaction withthe Program
  • Consistent attention to details in support of "one winning Advisor-centeredAssetMarkClient Success" culture that creates emotional connection and becomes known in theindustry
  • Help to ensure constant alignment with Sales, Service and Business Consulting so that theFirst-Year Success Program creates a polished, personalized experience centered on the Advisor's goals
  • Manage the functional orchestration required to create one collaborative, personalized AssetMarkjourney rather than a disjointed functional engagement withAssetMark.

Education & Experience:

  • Prior Salesforce.com experience
  • B.A. or B.S. (4-year degree)

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $50,000-$60,000.

This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for a comprehensive sales incentive package and competitive benefits.
