*What You’ll Do*

* *Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations*

* *Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses*

* *Perform a professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles tailored around your guest’s wants and needs*

* *Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business*

* *Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success*

*What You’ll Need*

* *We have state-of-the-art technology! This includes Google Suite and video communication software that is designed to help perform your job efficiently and at a high level. The ability to be knowledgeable and savvy with these technologies is a MUST to be successful in this position.*

* *Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges*

* *Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Our training program teaches the Leta Way and sets you up for success regardless of your background.*
