In this position you would be responsible for selling vehicles while achieving and maintaining appropriate levels of gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction. You would report directly to the Service Manager.

Essential Duties, but not limited to:
Performing work specified on repair order in accordance with dealership and certification policies.
Communicating with service advisors to inform customers of possible additional work needed.
Performing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications and required certifications.
Clarifies description of problems with ASM and/or guest; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records.
Completes thorough inspection of all vehicle for safety concerns, repair and maintenance needs.
Develops estimates using multi-point inspection systems.
Completes repairs by describing problems and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required or recommended; enters repair documentation into the repair order service database system.
Maintains current manufacture training(s) credentials as well as maintaining all ASE credentials current.
Maintains a current CA driver's license. Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications and other customer service or sales related periodicals.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Minimum 1 year of Automotive diagnostics working experience (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of Suspension, Brake Repair, and Manual Transmission work (Preferred)
Current Technician Certifications (preferred)
Previous Toyota dealership or equivalent working experience (Preferred)
Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)
Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Valid driver's license
