We are a fast-growing company with locations open and opening soon in Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. We are looking for individuals interested in store management. We have General Manager and Assistant Manager opportunities. These roles oversee our crew, budgets, guest relations and operations of a local business unit.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managers to oversee the daily operations of our fast casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive high-quality service and food in a timely and efficient manner. The Manager will be responsible for the operations of the store including managing and developing the staff, maintaining inventory, budgeting, meeting service standards and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant

- Hire, train, develop and supervise team members

- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a consistent, timely and efficient manner

- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met

- Provide top notch guest experiences

- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Prepare and submit reports to upper management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 3 years of experience in fast paced restaurant or food service industry -- preferably with supervisor experience.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Must have a valid drivers License.

- Must complete a satisfactory background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report.

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

- Strong guest service skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
