Responsibilities
 

1. Customers are guests, treat them accordingly. 

2. Put forth a good appearance, Mark Wahlberg uniform apparel must be worn at all times. 

3. Be friendly, courteous, and mature to both customers and other employees. 

4. Make sure your department is clean and well organized. 

5. Cooperate; work with your fellow employees, communication is imperative at all times. 

6. Pick up parts and deliver parts as directed by the person appointed. 

7. Call in from every stop/area before continuing. 

8. Treat parts truck as if it where you're own. 

     A. check all fluids at least once a week. 

     B. Keep the inside, outside, and the bed of the truck neat at all times. (Must wash truck daily). 

9. When truck needs maintenance, contact the Parts Manager or the Assistant Parts Manager. 

10. Make sure route is written down on board in shop, also complete drivers log, complete with times. 

11. Take out the trash. 

12. Stock shelves. 

13. Perform counterperson duties as necessary. 

14. Other duties as assigned by Parts Manager or the Assistant Parts Manager. 

 

 
 
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and prior auto parts experience (preferred)
  • Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
  • Ability to calculate figures/amounts.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
