Direct Support Professional

WE ARE OFFERING A $1500 HIRING BONUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STARTING RATES VARY FROM $15.27 TO $18.05 for DSP to CNA staff.

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities. 
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties.
• Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
• Medication administration.
• Housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping and dusting.

• Positive interaction with clients, their families, co-workers and management. 
• Proficient written and verbal communication in English.
• Recognize and be responsive to the needs of clients. 
• Ability to maintain calm, non-defensive and supportive attitude. 

Certifications: 

• Level 1 fingerprint clearance card ( AZ specific)
• First Aid/ CPR
• Article 9 ( within 60 days of hire)
• Prevention and Support ( within 60 days of hire)

* Bonus is for a limited time only and may be subject to change. Bonus is given in three, $500 increments. At 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year of employment.
