Objective: 

The Xponential Fitness Martech team is a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge marketing technology to drive the success of Xponential Fitness. Composed of talented individuals with diverse skill sets, this team collaborates to create and implement strategies that amplify brand presence, engage customers, and optimize marketing efforts across various platforms.

Their expertise spans a wide range of martech tools and techniques, including data analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation, AI-driven personalization, and digital advertising. By harnessing the power of data-driven insights, they craft targeted campaigns that resonate with audiences across the diverse portfolio of Xponential Fitness brands.

We are seeking a Push Marketing Specialist who will make an impact through email campaigns and CRM management. The primary responsibilities will be driving sales and executing communication through creative push campaigns and utilizing available data to continually optimize our efforts. This position supports the broader storytelling of the brand and helps to communicate the brand culture with members and prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibilities will be driving sales and executing communication through creative email campaigns within Airship and utilizing available data to continually optimize efforts
  • Assist in the digital marketing push to create consistency and standardization across our business to develop a strong brand that resonates within the communities in which we operate
  • Assist with push marketing and the CRM for new club launch support, sales and campaigns, fitness events and initiatives, and hyperlocal activations
  • Manage and utilize Airship to create a nuanced strategy for email communications and continually manage lists and auto-drip campaigns
  • Draft and coordinate creative content and emails for sales, ongoing pricing, club updates, new club openings, and other company initiatives with a nuanced approach
  • Manage our automatic email drip campaigns and implement new ones with strategic segmentation
  • Implement current best practices to ensure the success of our email marketing campaigns
  • Use A/B testing and segmentation to further develop email strategy
  • Work closely with the Creative team to ensure emails are fresh, creative, and reflect the brand culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required), 2-4 years of related experience
  • Analytical and data-driven, Strong problem-solving skills, 
  • Able to adapt to rapidly changing expectations, drive results, and problem-solve, Good communication and presentation skills, Good understanding of the marketing funnel
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good understanding of CRM marketing platforms and the role CRM plays in supporting and enhancing the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and SMS campaigns to drive purchases and/or engagement to drive retention
