The Sales Consultant focuses on closing sales through effective delivery of our proven selling model. Key responsibilities include delivering structured sales presentations, providing price quotes at every appointment, and maintaining prompt customer communication. Availability during evenings and Saturdays is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Executing the company retail sales process during in-home consultations.
  • Striving to close sales during all customer interactions.
  • Ensuring accuracy of quotes and orders following the company sales process.
  • Addressing customer concerns promptly for first-time resolution.
  • Maintaining expertise in company products/services and staying informed on the competitive landscape.
  • Conducting after-sale follow-ups, lead generation, and referral development.
  • Representing the company at company events and home shows.

  • Providing superb customer service and generating referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one to two years related experience.
  • Motor vehicle record compliant with company requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
