Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team!

As the Administrative Assistant//Receptionist for our busy barbershops, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their visit with the barbershop. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests as they arrive at the barbershop
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
  • Assist in areas such as data entry, purchasing and inventory management, supply organization
Qualifications
  • 18 Years or older
  • High school graduate
  • Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Administrative Assistant or Receptionist is preferred
  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
  • Average with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to Learn Basic new systems
  • Familiar with scheduling software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other team members
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organization skills
Requirements
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable, patient and attentive
  • Willing to work in multiple locations
  • Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
