Front Desk Attendant- Scottsdale Ice Den

We are seeking Front Desk Attendant with weekday and weekend evening availability to become a part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Check in guests
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments

• An interest in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
