Certified Nursing Assistant for Local hospital $28/HOUR!
Location: Rochester, MN
Schedule: 2:00-10:30PM, every other weekend, floating is required if needed
Job Description:
- The Nursing Assistant (NA) is part of a care delivery team that provides care to patients. The NA works under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and assumes delegated responsibilities as appropriate.
- Nursing observation and data collection skills, critical thinking, documentation, and technical skills related to assigned patient populations. Basic problem-solving and prioritization skills. Knowledge of developmental stages and age appropriate outcomes and interventions. Knowledge and ability to accept cultural differences and appropriate outcomes and interventions. Knowledge of emergency and other relevant policies and procedures. Use of proper body mechanics. Infection control principles and practices. Knowledge and ability to use effective communication strategies, interpersonal skills. Excellence in customer service
Qualification:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year CNA experience
- CNA license and BLS
