Full-time carpentry positions are open that will provide stable, long-term employment with opportunities for continuing trade education and overtime. We are seeking skilled, hardworking, and efficient craftsmen who are wanting a solid, long-term position. We are a family-owned property damage restoration business with a family-oriented team atmosphere and culture that has been providing jobs in the Central Ohio Metro Area since 1978.

Imagine the pride you will get from making fire, water, weather, and impact-damaged buildings look new again. We are looking for employees who are capable of performing a wide range of carpentry tasks from framing to finish. Skills acquired in the remodeling industry are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Ability to direct and oversee the construction process understanding drawings, writing change orders, handling inspections, etc.
• Provide outstanding customer service with proven communication skills
• Positive communication skills with company owners, peers, and subordinates
• Monitor timelines and flag potential issues before they become problems according to job timelines; structure project timeline to meet financial goals
• Skilled in carpentry, cabinetry, trim work, tile, electrical, plumbing, and drywall
• Clean neat appearance
• Must be organized and display past performance of successful projects(photos)
• Proficiency with technology using computers to log daily information into company software.
• High integrity

The benefits package includes paid holidays, paid vacation, healthcare, company shirts, gas allowance, and flexible work scheduling. AND a 401K with company matching!

PAY: Pay is based on experience and your resume/skills offered. The average base pay is $40-$50k and increased based on job performance. This is an hourly W2 position - NOT 1099.

You supply Your own tools, transportation, and your skills.

Work is primarily Monday - Friday with evenings and weekends free. Responses with resumes will be given preference.
