Job Description
With fast growth comes many opportunities. We are on the hunt for an ambitious individual to join our Customer Experience (CE) team. As part of our team, you’ll be building relationships and supporting our customers every step of the way.
This position includes connecting with customers via email, online and over social media, for all of the consumer health bands in the Synergy CHC portfolio. We're looking for a highly organized, forward thinking individual(s) who has a can do attitude, as well as exceptional problem solving and writing skills.
Based in Fall River, Halifax, the individual will play a crucial role in our Customer Experience team. Key responsibilities initially being customer service emails, interactive live chat, commenting on social media and adding value to the entire customer experience team.
Position is based in Fall River, NS.

Key responsibilities will initially be:
- Responding to customer emails, customizing responses to give our customers the best experience, while adhering to company procedure and protocol.
- Building relationships and supporting our customers at every stage of their journey via interactive live chat.
- Actively monitoring our brands on all of our social media platforms, including posting, commenting and responding to direct messages.
- Understanding and contributing to our brand's overall communication strategy.
- General administration duties, including but not limited to producing training documents, responding to PayPal enquiries, and performing fraudulent purchase checks.

Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A basic knowledge of social media marketing.
- Critical thinking and the ability to develop new procedures when required.
- A 'get it done' attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An interest in the health and beauty industries.
- The highest level of service and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and energy to contribute to an already buzzing work culture.
- Bonus: experience as receptionist, in a call centre or similar in customer service role.
