New Increased Wages!

AHL has started a new float pool of DSPs to travel amongst various programs each week depending on program needs. With this comes an increased wage and mileage reimbursement!

We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. All of our homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs have additional cares involved so there is a higher wage when working at those programs.

Location:

• Duluth and Surrounding Areas

Compensation:

• $19.00/hour
• Mileage reimbursement

Hours of Position:

• Part-time
• 8 hour shifts
• Every other weekend availability required
• Day time shift staff or
• Evening shift staff or
• Awake overnight staff

Description:

• Float DSPs will train in and work at all programs
• Float DSPs will be responsible for all duties of a non-float DSP; cooking & cleaning, medication administration, documentation, socializing with residents, going on outings and to appointments

Requirements:

• Must have 1 year of experience working in the field
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and ability to pass an MVR
• Must have a working mobile phone to be reached at during availability window
• Must be 18 years of age or older
