• Guide and consult clients to help them best meet their desires in their home search process
• Talk with 20 people per day
• Stellar communication before, during, and throughout the entire process with clients, as well as with our inside sales team and our administrative team
• Leveraging our CRM system to manage your sales pipeline and build opportunities (after we train you, of course!)
• Initiate and manage incoming leads through phone calls, texts, and emails via our CRM platform
• Learning all steps involved in the home buying process and the ability to fully communicate our value throughout

• MUST HAVE current Real Estate License, or be willing to obtain your Real Estate License (VA, MD, or DC)
• Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport
• Fast learner with an ability to adjust and think quickly
