We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to become a key member of our property management team. In this dynamic role, the Maintenance Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all tenant maintenance requests, ensuring a swift and efficient resolution to various property issues. The right candidate will demonstrate an extensive knowledge of home maintenance and the acumen to troubleshoot common problems, providing an indispensable service to both tenants and homeowners.

$18 - $22+ depending on experience

• Handle Maintenance Requests: Efficiently manage and respond to all tenant maintenance concerns and inquiries.
• Troubleshooting: Apply critical thinking to quickly identify and troubleshoot frequent maintenance issues.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to ensure all repairs are executed properly and to a high standard of quality.
• Financial Oversight: Manage invoices, ensuring repairs are cost-effective and within budget.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between tenants and homeowners, keeping all parties informed about repair processes and status updates.
