Position Description: The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and high-energy leader with a proven track record in developing corporate growth strategies. CGO works closely with executive team members to identify and pursue new growth opportunities. The CGO will be passionate about identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and winning the Department of Defense (DOD) and Federal Government Civilian business in Cyber, Analytics, Cloud, DevSecOps, or Agile Software Development.

Position Responsibilities:

  • The CGO works closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company's growth strategy. This includes setting clear objectives, identifying target markets, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor success.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the growth team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Develop and implement near-term and long-term corporate BD strategies to drive growth. CGO's responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and building strategic partnerships.
  • Create a pipeline of opportunities and participate actively in all aspects of Capture Planning and execution to win new business. This includes developing win strategies, key offer elements, and discriminators.
  • Be accountable for the BD performance, including Awards, Pipeline Growth, Customer Relationship Management, and business strategy development. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company achieves its business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Have a track record of winning business in Cyber, Cloud, DevSecOps, or agile software development in one or more DoD and Federal agencies. They should have grown businesses and personally won funded contracts worth $20 million or more.
  • Disciplined to plan and execute to achieve goals.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understand Cyber, Cloud, DevSecOps, and Agile Software Development concepts and be able to develop win strategies, key offer elements, and discriminators.
