Part-time Store Associate

Looking for an exciting new opportunity in the beauty industry? You're in luck! Salon Service Group is currently hiring a Part-time Store Associate at our Green Bay store location!

Our Part Time associates work up to 28 hours per week. Our stores are open Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Candidates must have open availability during these times.

This position is responsible for providing EXCELLENT customer service - ensuring the customer is always top priority.

In this role, you will:

• Perform day to day operations of a retail store including inventory management, cash management, and general retail store functions.
• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding customer service by providing a guest friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
• Maintain a high standard of merchandising, placement, store signage, store housekeeping, and proper display techniques
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash

Successful Store Associates will have a superior customer service attitude, excellent reliability, and a pleasant personality and professional appearance.

Candidates must have:

• Excellent customer service, communication and organization skills
• Store merchandise experience
• Background in the beauty industry preferred; cosmetology license NOT required
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to pivot quickly to meet customer needs
• Interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and Saturdays if needed
