Software Engineer - Python

Summary: The main function of the Developer is to design, develop, and implement applications using general languages and technologies (e.g. - C#, C++, HTML, Angular/JavaScript, Python, AWS Services) to support business requirements.
Job Responsibilities: Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications. Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts. Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area. Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment. Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required, or equivalent knowledge/experience.

Addtionally:
8+ years of experience required in design, develop, and deploy large scale applications using Python is strongly preferred.
5+ years of working experience required using Flask, FastAPI, Django, REST APIs, SQLAlchemy, Pandas, NumPy, Mangum is strongly preferred.
5+ years of working experience required using Cloud development, management and provisioning on AWS is strongly preferred.
5+ years of working experience required on AWS Services like API Gateway, Lambda, SNS,SQS, S3, EC2/ECS is strongly preferred.

Python + AWS Serverless tech stack
Computer Science degree strongly preferred
