Job Description
Family Allergy & Asthma is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Experience Coordinator. As the Patient Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients. This position involves various responsibilities related to patient referrals, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records. Location: 139 S. English Station Rd., Louisville, KY 40245
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: From $18 / hour
Patient Experience Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacts patients to schedule appointments
- Process incoming fax referrals promptly and efficiently
- Accurately create new patient accounts in the EMR system by obtaining and entering patient demographics and insurance information
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA policies and procedures
Patient Experience Coordinator Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- HS diploma or GED required
- Medical office experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work independently and have strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
