Responsibilities

- Proactively prospect and generate new leads through various sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs and providing personalized recommendations.

- Present insurance options to clients, explaining coverage details, terms, and benefits.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth policy processing.

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.


Requirements

- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and build relationships.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a drive for success.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Ability to adapt to a hybrid remote work environment, balancing independence with team collaboration.

- Proficient in using technology and software applications, including CRM systems.
