Our team is looking for licensed, CNA's who have a dedication for providing personalized care to clients in the comfort of their own home.  We can offer a flexible schedule, competitive pay, incentive programs, and a minimum of 15 hours for the first three weeks of employment.  There is also one spot with a guarantee of 30 paid hours for 3 weeks. Work Hours

  • Always Best Care is looking for a CNA for all areas of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho
  • FT and PT
  • Coverage needs ASAP
  • Monday 8:00-11:00 AM (male caregiver)
  • Tuesday 8:00-11:15 AM ABQ, 11:00-1:00 RR, 1:30-6:00 pm longer shift in RR, 9:00-11:00 AM ABQ (male caregicer)
  • Wednesday 8:00am-11am ABQ (male caregiver),  9-11:30 AM ABQ, 10:00-1:30 in Algadones, 2:30-5:30 PM RR
  • Thursday 8:30-12:00 PCA ABQ, 8:00-9:30 AM RR, 10:00-4:00 longer shift in RR, 4:30-6:00 PM RR
  • Friday 8:00-11:00 AM ABQ (male caregiver), 10am-12pm ABQ, 9:00-2:30 Algadones  and 3:30-5:30 PM RR
  • Saturday 8:00-9:30 AM RR, 10:00-11:30 RR and 12:00-5:30 RR

May work a variety of assignments ranging from 1-8 hours. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends. Assignments will vary depending on the needs of the client/family.

Compensation

  • $17 an hour
  • This position is a non-exempt, hourly position.
  • Paid travel time between clients’ homes if travel is within 1 hour between shifts.
  • Paid mileage while running errands for clients.
  • Additional bonuses and incentives, Employee referral Program.
  • Medical/Dental/Vision package offered after 90 days of employment. You must keep and maintain a 36-40-hour work week consecutively for three months. Employer pays one half (1/2) of the coverage for employee only.
