What you'll do: You will work with the freshest flowers, learn their names & varieties, learn how to recognize quality and create floral bouquets, arrangements, and garden baskets according to recipes. Responsible for preparing needed items by physically handling inventory and hydrating.

Follow all company written procedures (standard work) to ensure high daily productivity and accuracy.

Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the warehouse

Learn other departments in our organization through cross-training and labor sharing

When you'll work: Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Starting Pay: $17.50/hr

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform various repetitive physical tasks (i.e. bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) and ability to work in a cool warehouse, work is done in a 50-degree room.

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly

Skills and Experience Preferred:

• Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish)
• Experience working in a warehouse
• Be able to stand for 8 hours or more a day
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
