This individual will work closely with the sales and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate billing and collection processes. - Reconcile all financial records and report any discrepancies to management
- Maintain organized and accurate files and records
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Collaborate with the sales departments to provide excellent customer service and support

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of state and federal laws related to billing and collections preferred
