Compensation:

$108,888 at plan commission annually

Responsibilities:
  • Make a significant positive impact on the communities you serve as a Bilingual Financial Representative in Santa Clara, CA, US
  • Grow professionally in the Financial Service field and develop strong leadership skills
  • Maintain a work-life balance and have control over your schedule
  • Have the potential to earn a high income and build a long-term residual income
  • Qualified candidates have the opportunity for management roles within 2 years
  • Receive support, training, and insurance and investment licenses paid for by the company
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English and one other language (e.g. Spanish, Korean, Hindi, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, etc.)
  • Demonstrates a long-term commitment and understanding of the "seeds" concept
  • Enthusiastic, disciplined, open-minded individual with a passion for success
  • Excellent interpersonal aptitude, strong communication skills, and a caring attitude
  • Self-motivated and coachable, with the ambition to advance in their career
  • Capacity to build relationships and possess great people skills
  • Candidate is required to hold either a US passport, a green card, or a regular renewable EAD (we are not able to contract with F1 Visa - OPT - CPT)
  • Exhibits a compassionate attitude and a desire to help others
