Job Summary

Ourisman Kia of Bethesda is seeking Bilingual English-Spanish EXPERIENCED ONLY AUTOMOTIVE Sales Consultants for a full-time, individual contributor's role. The successful candidate will be skilled in facilitating sales processes by understanding customer needs and providing solutions while ensuring that the customer experience exceeds expectations in both language and service.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a monthly salary of $5000 to $9000 per month guaranteed for up to 3 months depending on performance and qualifications, paid every 10th of the month with a biweekly draw of $1,500. In addition, this position offers a comprehensive benefits package to include 401K matching, healthcare, vision, and dental coverage. This offer is for new employees only. Current Ourisman Company employees are not eligible for this position. 

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to all clients by understanding customer needs and providing solutions
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing top-notch customer service 
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with their sales process
• Prepare quotes, order and track parts and vehicles, and process paperwork
• Assist with inventory management by organizing and merchandising vehicles
• Adhere to dealership guidelines, procedures, and ethical standards
• Assist with other duties assigned by the Sales Manager as needed

• Must be able to send professional new and used vehicles VIDEO presentations on every prospect and lead by email and text.
• Must be able to do at Home/office test drives and deliveries.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in AUTOMOTIVE SALES.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Social Media Networks, Youtube Videos presentations and able to learn new Technologies.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays
