Human Resources Intern

Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic workplace environment? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team and work approximately 24 hours per week during the summer months. This position may reside near Columbus, Ohio, with the ability to primarily work from home and occasional work in the office.

This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned HR professionals on a wide range of projects and initiatives, providing valuable insights into the field of HR. Some of your responsibilities will include recruitment support, personnel files management, assisting with training and development efforts, systems clean-up, annual staff event support and other departmental projects.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum Junior class standing; currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
• Good communication skills, including tactful and diplomatic verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in handling sensitive and confidential information
