As a General Manager at Wendy's, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact both professionally and personally. General Managers play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality food in a fast, friendly, and clean environment. Reporting to the District Manager, General Managers are responsible for daily operations, team building, coaching, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members.

Enforce proper standards and procedures.

Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory counting and recording.

Oversee cash management.

Create schedules for the store.

Perform opening, closing, and administrative duties.

Ensure proper food handling and preparation.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-year restaurant management experience.

QSR or Fast-casual experience preferred (but not required).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desire to learn and willingness to accept feedback.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Mobility for bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying.

Ability to stand for long periods without a break.
