Bank Operations Specialist

Position Summary/Purpose:

Minnwest Bank is seeking an individual for a full-time Bank Operations Specialist role in our Redwood Falls, Tracy, or Luverne locations. This position is responsible for providing back-office support for non-loan products by serving as a team member for Application Reconciliation and Deposit Verification. Day to day activity is focused on monitoring defined procedures, verification of output and reconcilement of applications and accounts. Team member is responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience with at least satisfactory performance in application reconciliation and deposit operations verifications duties

Preferred Qualifications:

• Secondary education in business, accounting, or excel specialist
• 3 years of experience with at least satisfactory performance in application reconciliation and deposit verification duties
• Excellent understanding of Personal Banker SOP requirements, BPM SOP, Bank Operations SOP, Fiserv EFT and Elan Processing, ATM & Debit Card SOP, Electronic Banking SOP and Safe Deposit Box SOP
• Excellent understanding of the BSA Policy CIP requirements
• Excellent understanding of Deposit Compliance requirements
• Excellent understanding of bank accounting
