CNC MILL MACHINIST!

Seasoned machinists to produce part from blueprint to specifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Job shop experience
- Ability to edit and program from controls and highly preferred experience writing programs using Surfcam or Mastercam
- Must have own machinist tools including mics & caliper and gauge blocks
- Read Blueprints
- Must hold tolerances of +/- .001 to .0005
- Must understand machining symbols and speeds and feeds
- Must be able to choose appropriate tooling to perform turning, drilling, tapping, reaming, milling boring and key cutting
- Experience operating cranes
Wide range of materials experience including but not limited to Aluminum, Steel, Weldments and Tool Steel
Mitsubishi and Makino Mills with Fanuc controls SurfCam & Mastercam 1/4" to 160" part size
