PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER

COSSET INC.

POSITION DETAILS: Full-time (40 hrs. per week); Starting at $15.00/hr.

REPORTS TO: Team Leads / Production Managers

SUMMARY: In this role, team members will complete daily operations on the plant floor with a focus on meeting or exceeding safety, quality, and quantity metrics in the production environment. The team member will be required to comply with current GMP standards, and read, understand, and follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Handbook.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manufacturing of Therapeutic Bath Bomb & other Therapeutic Products
  • Achieve required safety, quality, and performance levels.
  • Monitor and report daily production results, material usage, waste, and downtime.

  • Coordinating with leads to execute daily production plans.

  • Ability to follow and complete batch sheets and maintain accuracy with weights and measures.
  • Ability to continually operate machinery and stand to manufacture for 10+ hours each day.
  • Ability to maintain record keeping on batch and daily production information with clear handwriting.
  • Daily, adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
  • Daily, ensure work area is clean and sanitized.
  • Daily, ensure proper use of equipment and safe acts to foster a culture of safety.
  • Consistently hitting and maintaining KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and certifications through training in each department.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • No prior experience or training required.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work with evolving priorities and processes.
  • Must be able to work independently and productively.
  • Must be able to stand for 10+ hours.
  • Must be able to lift & move up to 50 + lbs.
  • Must be able to push, pull & lift for 10+ hours
  • Must be able to climb step ladder.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Work hours:

  • Current Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7am to 5:30pm
  • 10 hour shift
  • 2 - Paid 10 minute breaks
  • 1 - Unpaid 30 minute lunch
  • Schedule may change during our peak season (Oct. through Mar.)

Pay:

  • $15.00 a Hour - Starting Pay
  • Up to $20.00 a hour - Completing Career Development Path's
  • Able to advance through approximately 10 career development levels. Advancing is determined by your ambition in achieving competencies and maintain competencies.
